Environmental policy

HyXo Oy's mission is to manufacture and market safe, advanced, versatile and well-designed water treatment equipment and chemicals for the industries domestically and for exports. In our solutions, we aim to minimise strain on the environment.

We in HyXo Oy are aware of the environmental impacts of our technical solutions and equipment. These include emissions to the air and water, wastes produced and adverse effects of chemicals. We take environmental impacts in consideration in all our solutions. We take care of our duty to recycle waste electrical and electronic equipment as a member of the Equipment Producers' body SELT.

HyXo Oy ensures that the products represented by us are disposed in compliance with legislation and regulations applicable to problem wastes.

HyXo Oy strives to influence our principals so that they would increase energy-saving and environmentally friendly production and product development. In our own production, we aim at choices that strain the environment as little as possible. Our solutions increase the possibilities of recycling water and reduce the need for using chemicals.

HyXo Oy's staff understands the significance of protecting the environment. We comply with all Acts, Decrees and guidelines applicable to our business. In 1997, we commited ourselves to complying with the principles of sustainable development of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC. We maintain the environmental protection skills of our staff by means of continuous training.
