Operating principle
Our vision, values and strategy support the functioning of the processes. Our core processes include standard sales, standard equipment, large-scale projects and after-sales marketing as well as marketing, logistics and management supporting these.
Customer feedback is systematically collected in our customer feedback system. We also conduct targeted customer surveys.
We are committed to a continuous development of our operations: this is why we need a truthful and up-to-date overall picture of both customer satisfaction and customer needs. For us, high customer satisfaction means that the customer is willing to recommend us.
Quality
HyXo Oy is a pioneering company in Finland as to our investments in quality: our certified quality control system dates back to 1996. Our current quality system covers all our functions and complies with the standard ISO 9001:2000.
