Our customer service is based on segmentation. This way we can ensure that all customers in the same segment receive an uniform service. Our customer service encompasses the marketing of new products, mastering an efficient and well-organised model of sales work, technical support and maintenance service. We also know what is going on with the customers of each segment in our main fields, which are instrumentation, water treatment, dosing, filtration, exports and service activities.
